A leak developed in the walls in my bathroom from a cracked pipe, which also leaked down to the apartments below me and this quickly became a plumbing emergency. I first called rolling rooter a few months ago after getting a $700+ water bill because of a leak. They quickly addressed and fixed the issue and were extremely professional and friendly! Today, I called back after noticing a bubbling toilet and they were able to give me a consultation over the phone to resolve the issue (realizing there was none). We had a leak in a hot water line under our slab. By turning off the water and electric to the water heater we were able to get by ( no hot water though). **** sent out a plumber on a Sunday to fix the leak for **. Had to jackhammer through the slab and fixed the leak. Excellent service! That hot shower on Sunday evening felt great. PLUMR24 will be doing all my plumbing needs in the future.

Outstanding service. On a Sunday night, 9:45 P.M., they were the **** company that was 24 hour service. All the others need to remove their claims of 24 hour availability. Their phones went to voicemail which were full, didnt go anywhere, or went to a service that tried to get ** to wait till the following Tuesday. I have my 92 year old father living with me and having a toilet that was not flushing give me a break. That break came in PLUMR24. Within an hour and a half everything was working fine.I had them come back to clean the cast iron pipe later. They have a fantastic machine that was gentle on the cast iron pipe, didnt do any damage but cleaned the pipe amazingly. The flow rate comparison pre/post was night and day. Saved me THOUSANDS that all other companies wanted to just go to lining the pipes first.Cant recommend enough. **************** reasonable prices. No overselling. Save your time and call them first.

Nick and his crew helped us and our neighbor when we had a problem with a leak into their apartment. He was very responsive and he and his guys knew what they were doing. They ultimately found and fixed the leak. They cleaned up after themselves and that was definitely a plus. At the end we needed to get our bathroom back because we had company coming for the week. **** made sure it was usable by the time they came. Our garage suddenly started to flood due to a break in a pipe. Nick and his crew came out quickly and performed the emergency services to stop the leak and get everything under control. My bathroom faucet began leaking at 9 pm, and I couldn't stop it. The water overflowed the sink, leaked under the sink, and was on the floor. I called all the "well-known" 24-hour plumbing services, and the only one that called me back said I could have a tech at about 2 am. I called Plumb24, and they were there within 30 minutes. Nick is the best! I had an urgent situation. It was a commercial property that housed over 100 employees. There was only 1 kitchen to support all of them. We had a mold remediation done and the plumber who ripped out all of our plumbing never answered his phone when I tried to call him to come re-install everything. Nick was amazing! I had a slow leak in the upstairs master bathroom just before I was going to sell my house. It slowly ruined the stairs and flooring for the first floor. I called Nick on recommendation from my neighbor and couldn't be more thankful! Nick responded quickly and within days had the problem fixed and a plan on how to deal with the insurance company and everything! Not only did he work quickly, but Nick negotiated on my behalf with my insurance company and made sure that I was not on the hook for anything! I tried to fix the metal pipe coming out of my house that my outdoor hose hooks up. To do this, I had to turn off the water to my entire house. After 1-2 hours of being unsuccessful, I figured it was time to call for help. I spoke with Nick around 11pm and he was at my house at 11:30. Because of the simplicity of the job (for him) and how quick it was, he told me that he decided to wave the emergency fee. He was professional and kind throughout and I was able to turn my water back on seconds after he finished. No more leak; great job! Our main water valve had to be turned off and when we went to turn it back on it broke. Two days before Thanksgiving with a house full of guests!
